Last Thursday, February 29th, The monthly session of the Operational Excellence Council was held with the purpose of presenting the progress of impactful projects such as: the Technology Adoption Program, EXO 2.0 Model, Plant Visits, training in core tools, ergonomics, Automation Certification, among others.
These sessions are spaces for discussion, feedback, and analysis, dedicated to building a work plan with the help of the council members to achieve the goals for this year 2024.
We express our sincere gratitude to the distinguished council members who actively participated in the session, contributing valuable insights and sharing their experience. The collaboration and participation of Saúl Díaz, Edgardo Figueroa, Rafael Gallardo, Eduardo Segovia, and Salvador Pérez were fundamental in enriching the discussions and strategic decision-making.
