El Decálogo de Proveedores CLAUGTO, fue desarrollado por el Comité de Compras y establece 10 principios fundamentales que guían a las empresas proveedoras de la industria automotriz

Esta iniciativa presenta un análisis sobre la incidencia delictiva en México, con enfoque en Guanajuato y sus municipios. Con este proyecto buscamos identificar patrones y tendencias de delitos, proporcionando información clave que apoye a la toma de decisiones estratégicas en materia de seguridad.

Iniciativa estratégica para articular esfuerzos entre empresas, centros de investigación, parques de innovación, centros tecnológicos y academias.  Su propósito es facilitar el acceso a soluciones innovadoras, promoviendo la transferencia de tecnología y la colaboración interinstitucional para potenciar la productividad y el desarrollo tecnológico de las empresas del sector. 

Esta iniciativa busca crear un ecosistema colaborativo de inteligencia en seguridad entre los socios del CLAUGTO, mediante la recopilación, análisis y difusión de datos estratégicos. El propósito es generar información comparativa y accionable que permita a las empresas evaluar su posición frente a estándares del sector, identificar vulnerabilidades y adoptar mejores prácticas basadas en evidencia.

Esta iniciativa busca potenciar el aprendizaje y la colaboración entre los socios del CLAUGTO a través de visitas guiadas a las plantas. En cada recorrido, se compartirán buenas prácticas implementadas en las instalaciones de los anfitriones y se realizará un benchmarking que permita comparar estrategias exitosas entre empresas del mismo sector.

Esta iniciativa esta enfocada en recabar información clave sobre los principales indicadores ambientales. Permitirá a los socios acceder a métricas sectoriales, identificar buenas prácticas y comparar su nivel de cumplimiento ambiental respecto al promedio del sector, facilitando la toma de decisiones para mejorar su desempeño y alinearse a estándares más altos.
