The Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato, in collaboration with the State Government and Deloitte, is currently developing the "Industrial Transformation and Electromobility Plan for the state of Guanajuato." This project will provide a joint vision as a "triple helix" cluster, outlining key functions and actions to achieve the transition in response to the changes that the vast majority of automotive companies are facing today. It's important to consider that beyond electromobility, there are many more variables to take into account. 

This plan will serve as a guide and a voice for the industry towards public and private institutions, governmental and educational entities, to trigger and update appropriate public policies. Additionally, it will adapt job profiles and new skills and competencies through "reskilling." It will address infrastructure and other relevant aspects in general.

It is evident that several companies have internally begun adaptation processes in response to market trends and their customers. However, collective work and alignment of all of us who are part of the automotive cluster in Guanajuato, directly or indirectly, will allow us to consolidate the industry and provide certainty regarding future challenges. 

The plan will be delivered in the first quarter of 2024 and will be publicly available for the automotive community.
