On January 31st, the closing meeting of the Business Integrity Coaching Program (PCIE) was successfully held, an initiative by ProIntegridad aimed at supporting participating companies in strengthening their integrity systems by providing tools and guidance to facilitate the implementation process.

 The closing ceremony was conducted by Prointegridad and USAID, in collaboration with the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato. The event was attended by 9 participating companies, who successfully completed a training period aimed at strengthening ethical values and promoting integrity practices in both professional and personal spheres. The graduating companies belonging to the CLAUGTO supplier committee were ACARMA, Cinpack, ECOGROUP, Alimentación empresarial Mayan, Grupo Rac, and Trapos del Bajío. 

We had the opportunity to have the advisors who have been working together with the companies in this support, development, and program implementation process, being able to hear firsthand the impact that the program has had on the companies. This marks a milestone for the supplier companies in Guanajuato, contributing to the creation of a fair business environment for companies in Mexico.
