Yesterday, Thursday, August 31st, we had the opportunity to attend a guided tour at CIE PEMSA company along with members of the Operational Excellence committee.

The experience was very enjoyable thanks to the openness and attention of the CIE PEMSA team. During this visit, they shared with us their best practices implemented in the company, as well as their strategies for achieving continuous improvement. We were able to learn about their stamping, assembly, and painting processes. The visit was very interesting, full of learning, and we noticed a high level of involvement from senior management and all the work teams in achieving goals.

We also appreciate the participation and attendance of the following companies: GKN, Textiles León, VCST Industrial Products, Continental, Datwyler Group, Scherdel, Arbomex, Kostal, and Walor.
