We thank the MAZDA plant team (MMVO) for their hospitality during the guided tour held on December 6th, as well as their valuable support and collaboration in all CLAUGTO projects. We especially appreciate their support in the JICA project "Strengthening the automotive cluster in Mexico" by hosting 40 visitors, including facilitator members from the four governments, representatives from the three automotive cluster associations, and the JICA expert team.

For the participating members of the JICA project, the visit was extremely valuable as it had three specific objectives:

1. To learn about Mazda's production system at the MMVO plant through a guided tour of the production floor.
2. To learn about the Mazda Production System (MPS) philosophy.
3. Exchange opinions with employees who were trained and worked at the Mazda Hiroshima plant.

Participants will be able to leverage this learning to support their companies and continue improving their processes.

We are happy to continue collaborating with MAZDA and for their support in the development of human resources in the industries in the state of Guanajuato.
