The conference began with an introduction by Guillermo García, Strategic Account Manager at Omron, introducing the speaker Mario Alberto García, founder of DisruptMX, Itta Enterprises, HC Hagamos Comunidad, and the Technology and Innovation Center (CTIN) for the CARSO group.
He began with the question "Why is dialogue between generations important?" to address global and local issues, referring as an example to newer generations, which are often seen as resistant to established processes, high turnover rates, lack of commitment, job dissatisfaction, and workplace flexibility. But it's really about a lack of understanding.
He explained that generations are the results of social changes and epochs, which indicate specific characteristics of technological advancements, trends, changes in habits, and more.
He advised learning all these characteristics, as knowing them contributes to growing our business, as it's about understanding employees, workers, customers, and even your competition.
Therefore, thanks to this concept of generations, there are organizations that have grown exponentially because they have known how to make use of and analyze the needs of the generations.
He delved into exponential growth in organizations through 6 points:
1. High-performance team
2. Excellent lines of communication
3. Cutting-edge technology
4. Adequate tools
5. Right and perfectly thought-out workspace
6. Healthy and clear organizational climate
To conclude, he invited the audience to reflect on how their companies truly are and whether they are considering the current generations.
