On October 27th, "The Samurai Game" took place in the city of Irapuato, Guanajuato.
The Samurai Game was a unique experience based on the principles of the Bushido code. This gathering challenged participants to reflect on their core values and to make significant changes to improve their professional and personal lives.
During the course, participants' actions were guided by 7 values: integrity, respect, courage, honor, compassion, honesty, and loyalty; encouraging each participant to follow the aforementioned principles. The Samurai Game was facilitated by Eduardo J. Azpiroz, dedicated to consultancy in Strategy and Organizational Culture focused on generating more and better results. He graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering, holds a master's degree in Finance from the same institute, and completed a specialization in Business Creation at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain, where he developed his vocation for business development.
This course not only instructed participants in a set of essential principles but also prepared them to face challenging situations without losing their humanity. Additionally, it provided them with the necessary tools to lead and delegate responsibilities without losing touch with their core values.
We thank Homolab, Eduardo J. Azpiroz, and all the participants for allowing themselves to be guided in this course. We are confident that they have received practical tools that they can use in every aspect of their lives.
The philosophy of the Samurai Game continues to transform lives and provide tools to face the challenges of the modern world with integrity and wisdom!
