This training is part of the joint efforts of JICA and Mexican authorities to strengthen the automotive sector in the country, promoting the transfer of knowledge, technologies, and best practices that contribute to the sustainable and profitable development of the industry.
During the three days of intensive training, participants had the opportunity to access a wide variety of topics related to quality management, process improvement, operational efficiency, and more.
Among the distinguished speakers, there were experts from Japan, as well as teachers from Conalep Irapuato and Kaizen trainers from renowned companies, to whom we greatly appreciate their collaboration and experience.
