Grupo Solder has over 30 years of experience in the
application of adhesives and coatings for various industries. Throughout
this time, they have paid special attention to the development and research
of technologies that support companies in increasing their productivity.
This year, they have been working on sustainable technologies that
allow them to comply with the regulations of different countries. For
automotive manufacturing, they have the application of adhesives and
coatings, for example, for finishing plastic parts for
interiors.
"At Grupo Solder, every year we renew our commitment
to quality and excellence through certifications such as ISO 9000 and
CLAUGTO Accreditation. We genuinely believe in the continuous growth of the
automotive industry in the region; therefore, we have been participating with CLAUGTO
for many years. This strengthens us and benefits our business
relationships," commented Juan José Lozano, CEO of the group.
The director explained that the company is working on two
lines. The first line concerns application systems, which are equipment
that applies paint in a booth on different pieces that meet specifications.
The second line is the paint itself, which can be water-based
or cured with ultraviolet light. This ensures that they are completely
sustainable and comply with any regulations.
On the other hand, the company also focuses on
automation, robotic arms, and controllable processes along the line
to ensure they fit properly with the production lines.
As an achievement, the director highlighted the involvement with
clients in the packaging part of the logistics process of the parts
when they are being transported, as many adhesives of different technologies
are applied with equipment in various stages.
Finally, he mentioned that they are working on the
development of a controlled applicator device that serves to apply the exact necessary
amount of adhesive on the parts.
