On October 26th, the plenary session of the CLAUGTO Products Subcommittee took place. During the session, the results obtained from the Automotive Supply Forum were presented, with the committee providing various perspectives to enhance the event experience.
For this session, a specialist in business scaling, Miguel Sainz from AMSU, was brought in. AMSU operates in the mining industry in Mexico, Latin America, and the United States, and Miguel is a recognized figure in the Bajío region. Miguel elaborated on the process AMSU underwent in scaling up, supported by the Scaling Up program in its four stages and its approach.
The four stages are based on Start-Up, Grow-Up, Scale-Up, Grown-Up, and the number of collaborators:

During the session, we had the participation of the Growth Institute team to assist companies in the scaling process and address their concerns.
