The plenary session of the CLAUGTO Suppliers Committee took place, featuring a Human Resources specialist who shared best practices in employee attraction and retention to strengthen the committee's supplier companies. 

Kenia Machuca, a human resources specialist with extensive experience in the automotive industry, shared insights on employee attraction and retention during the session. She presented initiatives and programs that have been successful in retaining personnel, offering valuable firsthand insights for local companies. This exchange of best practices helps companies implement and adapt initiatives to their own needs, particularly benefiting those with less experience in human resources management. 

In the second part, upcoming sessions and events of the suppliers committee were presented, along with a presentation by Fianza Web and NISA on a project focused on accounts receivable insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This project aims to provide greater certainty in managing these accounts, benefiting SMEs.
