El pasado 5 de octubre se llevó a cabo la sesión plenaria con las universidades asociadas a CLAUGTO. Durante la sesión, contamos con la participación de las siguientes academias:

During the session, presentation and integration dynamics were carried out, creating a space for visitors to address their issues, share knowledge, and exchange experiences in various areas. One of the meeting's objectives was to present the results obtained in the Automotive Supply Forum 2023, which attracted over 10,000 visitors and had a positive impact on the region and the academic institutions. The results of the Human Capital indicators survey were also communicated, which includes the following information:

• Number of vacancies to increase in the automotive sector and the reasons for the increase from July to December of the current year.
• Areas and profiles most in demand by the industry.
• Main reasons why candidates do not pass the recruitment filters. 
• Average time it takes for the industry to fill its vacancies.

   

The session resulted in valuable participation from the academies and CLAUGTO, highlighting the collaboration between academic institutions and the importance of having spaces for dialogue.
