On March 13, 2023, the second monthly session of the Operational Excellence Committee for the year 2023 took place.

The objective of the session was to present a best practice established in CLAUGTO for measuring KPIs and goals of employees and the organization through the digital platform RHYTHM. This activity was carried out with the intention of eliciting participation from the board to expand the library of best practices that are useful for all companies.

Similarly, feedback was communicated and received regarding the innovation workshop project, and the renewal of the Automation Certification Program 2023 was announced. The purpose of this program is to promote the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies through training in relevant industry use cases. The program consists of 4 modules, which are: Industrial Robotics, Computer Vision, Industrial Networks and Automation, and Vision-Guided Robotics.

Finally, the status of the JICA project "Strengthening the Automotive Cluster in Mexico" was announced.
