On August 24th, the second session of the Operational Excellence Committee took place, aiming to present attendees with the purpose, activities, and projects developed to drive continuous improvement and strengthen companies in the Bajío region.

We introduce CHEVERLY as a valuable strategic ally of ClauGto in our joint commitment to promote excellence in production and services. We share the Lean philosophy and recognize the positive impact this mindset has on generating higher quality products and on-time delivery. Therefore, we invite you to participate in the upcoming Lean Transformation course in November 2023, aimed at developing and implementing real continuous improvement projects based on Lean principles. 

Additionally, we showcased how the EXO Model platform serves as a self-assessment tool that helps companies measure their application of Operational Excellence tools. It provides a clear view of areas for improvement, enabling them to enhance their competitiveness in the market.

We introduced LeanApp as another strategic ally. Together, we emphasized the importance of digitalizing and monitoring processes using Industry 4.0 tools to increase machine and operation productivity. For this reason, we presented the "FitnessOEE Challenge" for companies.

To further strengthen our community of operational excellence, we invite you to a guided tour of the Cie Automotive plant on Thursday, August 31st. This will be a unique opportunity to share best practices.
