On March 2, 2023, the first monthly session of the Operational Excellence Committee for the year 2023 was held.

The objective of the session was to schedule the upcoming council sessions, both virtual and plant visits, as well as to review the EXO Model tool and update the council on the status of innovation and technology topics. 

We appreciate the active participation and support from those who participated in the council: Engineer Alejandra Bastidas, Engineer Edgardo Figuero, Engineer Rafael Gallardo, Engineer Rogerio Bassetto, Engineer Saúl Díaz, and Engineer Salvador Pérez.
