On May 16, 2023, the first session of the Operational Excellence Committee took place. The purpose of the session was to present to the members the purpose of the Operational Excellence Committee, its pillars, and the projects developed to strengthen industries in the Bajío region.  

These sessions will be held quarterly to share best practices, training, and workshops that are useful for all companies to improve in the area of operational excellence.

The ongoing projects of the committee were communicated, which are: the EXO Model, the innovation workshop, the automation certification program, and the AIAG cost reduction webinar.

Finally, active participation in the committee was invited to learn about their needs and to create strategies that help strengthen the competitiveness of the companies.
