On July 29, 2023, the first in-person session of the Operational Excellence Committee was held with a visit to the DENSO plant. The purpose of this session was to share best practices for continuous improvement, exchange opinions and insights within this community to strengthen the supply chain, and continue the journey towards operational excellence.

Denso shared with us their approach to working with Continuous Improvement Systems, the KAIZEN circles, to enhance and streamline operations. They concluded by presenting a successful case implemented in a production line.

The committee was encouraged to continue participating in these sessions and in the projects prepared by and for the community.

We appreciate DENSO for their willingness to host us at their plant and for their attentive collaboration in all activities.
