On May 7th, an academic session was held at CEDE CLAUGTO, where various experiences were shared, and collaborative activities took place. Below are the highlights of the event:
- Sucel González shared an innovative project as a best practice from her institution, UIW Global Online, highlighting its online educational model and U.S. degree/certification programs.
- An invitation was extended to the 2024 CLAUGTO Annual Associates Meeting, with most of the attending institutions confirming their participation.
- José Vargas led an activity where participants collaborated by sharing ideas, generating potential projects to connect academia with the industry.
- A key project was presented and introduced, aiming to create organic links between HR members from various companies and academic institutions. The project’s goals are to develop strategies for attracting new talent, foster strategies for talent culture and retention, and collectively learn to tackle real-world challenges.
