On July 18th, the board meeting of the CLAUGTO Supplier Committee was held. These sessions help us launch and build new projects for the benefit of the industry's development in the region.

During the session, we had a visit from Grupo Rac, which is part of the CLAUGTO Supplier Committee. Grupo Recreación Ambiental y Capacitación (Grupo Rac) is a company focused on creating corporate and business meetings with over 20 years of experience. They shared a best practice called "Strengthening the Future," a program implemented for the past 10 years with high school and university students. This program focuses on academic development and work responsibility, fostering leadership skills, teamwork, and academic performance. The best practice aims to train and develop young people, helping them successfully complete their studies and connect with regional companies for job opportunities.

During the session, new initiatives were presented to strengthen the factoring financing project, which will be worked on to assist the supplier committee's companies with financing issues.

To conclude the meeting, we had a recreational casino activity to better understand the range of services offered by the supplier committee's board, creating a collaborative community. Regards.
