At the recent meeting of the Operational Excellence Council, several key points were discussed for the development and strengthening of the team and its current projects such as: the EXO 2.0 Model, Plant Visits, training in the APQP 3rd edition Transition and the 1st edition Control Plan, among others. 

This space also served to present the official organization chart, with the integration of Tomás López from Oshkosh, Miguel Pérez from Borgwarnes and Juan Saucedo from Wollsdorf, with their enthusiasm and knowledge we are sure that we will be able to achieve the goals and plans for the benefit of the Operational Excellence Committee.

Edgardo also presented a good practice of CIE PEMSA: Continuous Improvement Process, highlighting the participation of trained teams and how they use the methodology in improvement projects, such as in the stamping, painting and assembly lines. 

We express our sincere thanks to the distinguished board members who actively participated in the session, contributing valuable contributions and sharing their experience. The collaboration and participation of Daniel Velázquez, Saúl Díaz, Edgardo Figueroa, Rafael Gallardo, Salvador Pérez, Juan Saucedo, Miguel Pérez, Tomas Lopez and Jorge Cordova were instrumental in enriching the discussions and strategic decision making.
