On Thursday, July 25th, the Operational Excellence Council meeting took place with the goal of developing projects and activities for the committee.

A good practice was also presented by Jorge Córdova from VCST: Automation for monitoring process performance. Jorge shared the initial challenge they faced in capturing, interpreting, storing, and making use of data from their machines. He then explained the steps they have taken to automatically collect machine data, standardize the information, and use this to generate predictive models to prevent machine failures and make better decisions.

This is a clear example of how the implementation of technology in companies can generate significant benefits. This project is part of the Technology Adoption Program in which CLAUGTO,
IDEA, IBERO León, and the University of Guanajuato joined efforts to
benefit the automotive industry.

This session also served to present the Gantt chart for the development of the EXO Model
, with the kickoff meeting taking place this week. Additionally, the Electromobility Plan was presented, with the purpose of disseminating information to all members and creating
supporting projects.

We sincerely thank the distinguished council members who actively participated in the session, contributing valuable insights and sharing their experiences.

The collaboration and participation of Daniel Velázquez, Saúl Díaz, Edgardo Figueroa, Rafael Gallardo, Salvador Pérez, Eduardo Segovia y Jorge Córdova were essential in enriching the discussions and making strategic decisions.
