Last Wednesday, March 6th, the virtual session of the Purchasing Committee council took place.
This session was a success marked by the attendance and collaboration of the councilors. We welcomed Luis Rodríguez from Webasto, who is now formally joining as a member of the purchasing committee. Arturo Corona from Timken, a committee member, was also invited to the session to witness what goes on in council meetings, and his participation was of great added value to the whole team.
The participants actively engaged in identifying improvement opportunities for the committee and also contributed ideas to promote collaboration and attendance of buyers in the projects they are involved in. Mario de la Cruz was bid farewell for his valuable participation in this council over the years, with the doors left open for future opportunities.
We appreciate the ongoing participation and commitment to the council, which allows us to build a more collaborative purchasing community.
