On December 15, 2022, the year-end session with the advisors of the Human Capital Committee was held, where the closure of the most relevant projects of 2022 was presented, as well as the new projects to be worked on during 2023.

Part of the achievements in 2022 was increasing the committee's participation in projects and sessions to 79%, as well as achieving the highest participation of members in the history of the Human Capital Indicators survey. 

Similarly, the council recalled and emphasized the importance of CLAUGTO's collaboration with the industry in providing COVID-19 vaccines, and thanks to this effort, nearly all of the population working in the automotive industry is now vaccinated.
