The session lasted for 1 hour and a half, during which Miguel Reyes from the CLAUGTO team, Samuel González, leading advisor of Human Capital and HR Manager at Mitsui Kinzoku, as well as the Mercer team, presented the most recent results of the second most important survey of the year, the biannual survey corresponding to the period from January to June 2023.
During the session, in addition to the traditional Human Capital indicators, the prediction of absenteeism and turnover in the automotive industry in Guanajuato for the next 6 months was presented, as well as the salary increase projection for 2024 shared by more than 90 companies through this survey.
Participants emphasized the importance of taking preventive actions regarding initiatives that are in the process of approval as part of the Labor Reform, such as reducing the workday and ensuring fair year-end bonuses.
We greatly appreciate the presence of over 90 Human Resources leaders from the automotive industry in the region, and we invite them to continue participating in high-impact projects for the CLAUGTO community.
