The session included dynamics and brief presentations of interest. The first dynamic was led by Enrique Gutiérrez, director of Homolab, in collaboration with Employer Branding from Industrial Cluster. The activity consisted of playing bingo with the essential HR points that any company must have.

Next, Ricardo Vivero, director of Industrial Cluster, explained that maintaining a good corporate image on social media generates interest for human talent, making a company much more attractive for human talent.

As a third stage, Roberto Alejandro Alonso, Regional Communications Manager of Kasai, advised the attendees to create a crisis manual. He also presented different cases in which proper crisis management led companies to recover from them and highlighted how having a previous strategy expedited the recovery process.

For the final presentation, Esmeralda Mandujo, General Director of Digital Strategy at the General Coordination of Strategic Information, from the Government of the State, addressed the importance of having human talent that feels satisfied with the organization, as employees have the power to project a good image of the company.
