On Tuesday, July 16th, the CLAUGTO academy session took place with active participation from the attendees. It was a very dynamic session, as the program aimed to establish working pillars for the committee. However, this activity helped redirect the strategy for participation and collaboration between academia and industry. The results of the Talent Game were shared with the attendees, thanking them for their presence and reiterating the strong commitment and interest shown by various industries. 

To conclude the agenda, a recognition activity was carried out, where each person identified 3 strengths of their institution and did the same for their colleagues. This activity left a very positive impression on the participants, as it allowed them to see how they are perceived through the eyes of their peers.

In summary, it was a very dynamic session full of learning, introspection, and reflection.
