We are very pleased with the successful completion of the Lean Transformation Seminar, taught by our strategic partner Cheverly, which took place last week. It was a unique team, and each participant from the companies had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in "Lean Manufacturing."

Together, we will continue working with dedication and commitment towards continuous improvement, strengthening our competitiveness and generating sustainable value for all.

Let's aim for more successes in the second stage, where participants will receive coaching sessions at the Genba to develop and implement their real improvement projects, defined by the Plant Director, and achieve the savings!
