Last week, we had the honor of participating in the annual event “Innovation Week, InnovAction: The Power of Ideas Driving Manufacturing,” organized by the Government of Guanajuato through the Instituto Estatal de Capacitación (IECA)in collaboration with American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM).

As part of the event, the Guanajuato Automotive Cluster had the opportunity to deliver the workshop “Limitless Barriers: Breaking Performance Barriers,”, focused on demonstrating how continuous improvement and resource optimization can transform productivity and drive significant advancements.

The workshop was led by Juan Salcedo, Plant Director at Wollsdorf, whose valuable collaboration we deeply appreciate. It was supported by our Operational Excellence Committee Coordinator, Fátima Quiroz, representing CLAUGTO.

It was inspiring to witness, through the workshop, how students from different educational institutions and AAM collaborators presented improvement proposals and reflected on the importance of implementing continuous improvement strategies in their daily activities.
