Guanajuato Puerto Interior organized the "Second Human Resources Colloquium 2023," an event that brought together prominent representatives from the sector to share experiences and best practices in human resources management.

Alfredo Arzola, Director of the Guanajuato Automotive Cluster, along with representatives of Beiersdorf and Isocindu, participated in the panel on 'Cultural Best Practices,' moderated by Claudia Calderón from ‘Great Place To Work’.

In this enriching panel, participants shared experiences related to the implementation of cultural practices aimed at fostering greater commitment and loyalty among employees. The following contributions stood out:

• Beiersdorf: Presented its engagement program, based on commitment surveys aimed at making employee participation a habitual activity and a continuous listening approach.

• Isocindu: Shared the creation of team buildings as an effective strategy, considering factors such as costs and availability of employees. Additionally, they highlighted a post-pandemic program to support mental and physical health through psychological and nutritional care.

• Cluster Automotriz de Guanajuato: Alfredo Arzola shared successful practices implemented, including daily meetings to expose priorities and provide support to teams, quarterly performance evaluations to identify improvement opportunities, and the adoption of hybrid modalities that allow employees to work from home.

All participants agreed that these practices have not only led to greater employee engagement, but have also contributed to making them feel valued as individuals, not just as part of a payroll.
