On Friday, January 20th, a meeting was held with the operational team of the Undersecretariat of Labor Training and Employment with the aim of triggering actions for the development of new profiles in the automotive industry. The project is primarily aimed at identifying them and initiating a training and skills development plan for the profiles of the future.

The meeting was attended by the President of the Human Capital Committee, Iván Saldívar, as well as leading human capital advisors. Shortly, we will be disseminating information through the Human Capital Committee to contribute to this project and, at the same time, trigger actions that allow for greater development and recruitment of the talent currently needed by the automotive industry in various industrial parks, both at the administrative, managerial, and operational levels.
