Human Resources: The foundation that supports the organization's structure

The Claugto Accreditation webinar series continues, with the latest titled "Human Resources: The Foundation Supporting the Organization's Structure," presented by Marisol Aguirre Flores, Director of Human Resources at Kromberg & Schubert León.

"If my organizational structure doesn't have good foundations, if it's not well-grounded [...] perhaps my growth won't be as solid," Marisol commented. This justified the need for an HR specialist in companies, especially those with several employees.

As pillars for positive human resources management, she highlighted: recruitment, training, labor relations, communication, safety and health, compensation, payroll, time management, and general staff services.

She explained that there should be a balance between disciplining and ensuring the well-being of the staff, as well as recognizing their progress, as this will make them feel comfortable, fostering a positive work culture that will result in the company's development.

On the other hand, she emphasized the importance of having the right facilities, equipment, software, evaluations, etc., as well as the "measurables": dashboards, scorecards, A3, constant supervision, action plans, goal review and adjustment, output measurement, and others.

She concluded that for the company's growth, it is necessary to see HR specialists as partners because planning is done in an organized manner.
