On Thursday, January 18th, the first annual session of the Council of Operational Excellence was held, with the purpose of outlining the work plan for this new year. During the session, we closely analyzed the progress made in our scheduled training sessions and key projects, such as the EXO 2.0 Model and the Technology Adoption Program. 

We want to express our gratitude to the counselors who actively participated in the session; their contribution was essential to enrich the discussions and strengthen strategic decisions. The collaboration of Daniel Velázquez, Edgardo Figueroa, Jorge Córdova, Rafael Gallardo, Eduardo Segovia, and Salvador Pérez demonstrates our shared commitment to operational excellence.

We are excited about the year ahead and confident in reaching new heights with the guidance of these outstanding leaders.
