As a result of collaboration among 11 automotive clusters in Mexico, CLAUGTO, through its general direction, participated in the annual planning and analysis meeting. 

The common challenges are highlighted, ranging from talent development and turnover, which are prominent nationwide, to actions prioritized collectively and individually by all clusters in Mexico. 

Finally, in a complementary session, labor attaches from Mexico for the USA and Canada participated, aiming to continue developing programs, training, and certifications to support the automotive industry in addressing current challenges in implementing labor reform. It is noteworthy that Guanajuato has been one of the main beneficiaries in being able to implement preventive programs and awareness initiatives to help companies train and implement the reform, through the human capital committee. This has provided first-rate certification and training, as well as various working groups.
