Pirelli Mexico was awarded the ESR® Socially Responsible Company distinction for the first time by the Cemefi (Mexican Center for Philanthropy). The award ceremony took place during the 17th edition of the Latin American Meeting of Socially Responsible Companies, the largest corporate social responsibility event in the region.

This prestigious distinction was granted after a thorough review of evidence demonstrating
compliance with indicators organized into four key criteria: Environmental, Social,
Governance, and Global Context. These criteria are aligned with the Sustainable Development
Goals and internationally recognized standards such as GRI, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO
26000, among others.

By obtaining this distinction, Pirelli Mexico reaffirms its commitment to always operate according to its
values and business ethics, promoting the well-being of society, its employees, and the
environment. Pirelli Mexico establishes sustainability policies
that follow Pirelli's global corporate guidelines, ensuring that its operations positively
contribute to sustainable development.
