The penultimate webinar in the series focused on the assessment points of the Accreditation of the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato was "Legal Obligations," delivered by the expert Pedro Andrés Ramírez from IcLawyers, a partner company of Claugto.

The presentation focused on the IMMEX program (Manufacturing, Maquiladora, and Export Services Industry). The expert highlighted the following requirements:

• · Document proving ownership of the property or lease agreement with a validity of at least 11 months.
