Mubea is a company focused on the well-being and integral development of its workers. Since 2018, Mubea SBCelaya has developed in three important dimensions: orientation towards its employees from a holistic perspective, aiming for a balanced life between personal and work life; orientation towards society, impacting students and companies in the region by serving as a benchmark for good practices and offering development opportunities for young professionals; and orientation towards the community, which, in addition to caring for the environment, supports vulnerable individuals such as the "Cielo Abierto" Home, people with disabilities, and the communities of San José Agua Azul and San Pedro Tenango, participating in reforestation of green areas, providing support to schools with school supplies, and donating toys to children in extreme poverty and abandonment.

“Great Place to Work” is an international organization that demonstrates how workplaces with high-trust cultures achieve higher performance in results, innovation levels, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and organizational agility. Since 2021, under the leadership of Friedrich Lamers, Mubea Celaya has been certified as a "Great Place to Work" company. In 2021, the stabilizer bar plant achieved certification and ranked 12th in the Bajío region as the best company to work for, and in 2022, it ranked 13th in the Bajío region. Each year, it was an opportunity to identify areas for improvement, resulting in an action plan contributing to continuous improvement and organizational development at the Mubea SBCelaya plant. This year, the Celaya plant achieved the highest score in these 3 years and positioned itself in 31st place in all of Mexico in the manufacturing category of 500 to 5000 employees out of a total of 1200 companies. This result is a great achievement worthy of recognition, as the work and effort of Mubea Celaya to balance leadership, communication, trust, and the development of its people with the achievement of objectives bear fruit and continue to grow. This only demonstrates that Mubea Celaya is committed to listening to the voices of its employees and provides its leaders and the organization with recognition and tools to create a consistent and overwhelmingly positive experience for employees.
