The session was held with the participation of council members of the board of directors, who, as part of the statutes of the Civil Association of the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato, have the primary role of framing the strategic lines and approving the budget and main activities of the association.

The contours of the global, national, and state automotive industry were reviewed, as well as the current challenges in relevant topics such as cost increases, human capital development, local procurement, supply chain, economic slowdown, and the introduction of electric vehicles and their impact on the manufacturing of auto parts in Guanajuato.

The participation of the Secretariat of Sustainable Economic Development of Guanajuato was highlighted on this occasion, represented by its 3 undersecretariats: Investment Attraction, SME Development, and Labor Training. Through their representatives, they joined this vision to continue collaborating for the industrial automotive development and greater opportunities for Guanajuato.
