Grupo Dealba specializes in the production of screws, bolts
and fasteners for the automotive, electrical, and appliance industries. All
the products they market are manufactured by them.

The company was founded in the State of Mexico in 1971 by the
father of the current Director, Rafael Javier de Alba Alatorre, and Edgar David Gamboa
Ruiz. It started initially with the distribution of screws, and in 1976, production began.
Two years later, production started in Irapuato,
where the headquarters are currently located.

In 1978, the hardware industry was the main customer
and gradually they began to enter the electrical industry. Nowadays,
the company works by focusing on customer designs for production,
relying on various technologies.

As part of the goals for 2022, they are developing a
project to work with solar energy using panels. They
envision launching this project in a couple of months and not
relying on coal-based energy at all. "The goal is to move
towards renewable energies; I believe the country needs it, and the world needs it"
commented Francisco De Alba, CEO of Grupo Dealba.

Another goal of the group is to achieve
a 20% growth and implement machinery to automate processes such as the finishing
area. They currently have a team focused on
automation, initially aiming to reduce the workload on
employees and standardize processes. The intention is to close the year
with a fully automated working plant.

Francisco explained that the strengths of the company lie in
its quick reaction to handle new designs in products, as they are local,
while other foreign companies would take longer to make
the corresponding production adjustments.

Finally, the Director highlighted some of the company's
achievements, such as obtaining the IATF16949 certification, as well
as maintaining human capital during the pandemic.
