On June 27th, the forum "Closing the Gap from School to Work" took place, organized by the Undersecretariat of Employment and Labor Training, where, thanks to the expert Dr. Marco Fernández, a study conducted in Nuevo León was presented regarding the gap between the educational and labor sectors, as well as an overview of the challenges young people face when entering the labor market. Additionally, it allowed academic and governmental institutions, among others, to identify actions they can implement to encourage the entry of these young people into various job sectors, such as the automotive industry.

Through this project, the goal is to implement a similar model in the state of Guanajuato, aligned with the electromobility and automotive development plan created by CLAUGTO in collaboration with the State of Guanajuato's economic development, to impact the next generations of young people, fostering greater correlation and a sense of belonging to the automotive industry and the new required profiles.

Finally, efforts will be made to generate actions and strategies in collaboration with the Undersecretary to strengthen the link between the academic field and the labor market, thus addressing the gaps. specialized labor force needs currently demanded by the industry, thereby benefiting both the student community and the productive sector.
