The Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato and the University of La Salle Bajío, Campestre campus, sign a collaboration agreement to develop talent in the region.

The main benefits of this agreement will be:

*Developing the talent of CLAUGTO member companies in specialized, technical, and engineering competencies, as well as in development and innovation through La Salle's Innovation Park, packaging and wrapping center, and continuous development of specialized diplomas and training as required by the automotive cluster.

These actions enable greater development of qualified talent and greater well-being for the economic contribution fostered by the automotive sector in the region.

On Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at the University of La Salle Bajío, Campus Campestre in León, Gto., Dr. Enrique Alejandro González Álvarez, the Rector, and Mtra. María del Socorro Durán González, the Academic Vice-Rector, from the university, along with Rolando Alaniz, President of CLAUGTO, and Alfredo Arzola, General Director of CLAUGTO, gathered to sign a collaboration agreement between both institutions in favor of the automotive industry and the educational sector.

Currently, La Salle University offers jointly with CLAUGTO various master's degrees and diplomas focused on specializing in administrative areas and engineering. Particularly noteworthy is the Diploma in Asset Security for the industry, 4th edition. Various diplomas are offered in labor reform and new work culture, as well as providing support in innovation, testing, and analysis of packaging.
