Evolution of entrepreneurship and new trends

Ana Victoria García, entrepreneur, writer, and promoter of female talent, and Cristina Villaseñor, Purchasing Manager at Würth Elektronik México, presented a panel discussion addressing relevant topics such as women in the industry, entrepreneurship, new challenges for companies, and emerging trends in business.

As they delved into various business topics, they highlighted the following conclusions:

  • It's important to have three types of profiles in a team: an optimist, a pessimist, and an engineer, as this will provide balance and allow ideas or actions to be analyzed from different angles.
  • Technology speeds up tasks, systematizes processes that do not require a person to follow up.
  • In the first 2 years of operation, 80% of companies go bankrupt due to poor resource management or planning.
  • Ana Victoria addressed different consumer cases:
    • Apostle: Satisfied with your products and services and acts as a promoter. It is important to understand why they are so satisfied with the company.
    • Mercenary: Seeks trends and is constantly surprised. It is necessary to understand their nature to know whether to invest in them or leave them there.
    • Hostage: They are not satisfied with the product or service, but they stay with you. There is a structural relationship.
    • Terrorist: They are not satisfied with the product and are not loyal.
  • The opening to globalization presents the challenge of developing better strategies to reach consumers.

Ana Victoria García founded Victoria147, a platform for training, incubation, acceleration, and networking that focuses on the development and empowerment of women entrepreneurs and executives.
