On August 31st of this year, the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato visited the facilities of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center Transformation, with the presence of Samuel González from Mitsui Kinzoku, Iván Zaldívar from ArcelorMittal, Gloria Valenzuela from CONALEP, Enrique Gutiérrez from Homolab, and Miguel Reyes, coordinator of the Human Capital committee.

The purpose of this visit was to establish contact with Mauricio Laguna, director of the association, in order to jointly develop a project that provides employment opportunities to individuals in the process of rehabilitation, as well as to support the prevention, detection, and reintegration process that the association aims for.

During the visit, in addition to the awareness-raising provided by the Transformación management team, the visitors had the opportunity to have a talk and question-and-answer session with over 150 young people served by this association. These young people aspire to have another job opportunity that allows them to achieve their personal, social, and work-related goals.

We are immensely grateful to Samuel González, Human Resources manager and lead advisor of the human capital committee, for this initiative, approach, and involvement to have CLAUGTO be part of this important project, as well as to the Integral Rehabilitation Center Transformación, for opening their space to us, sharing, and building a better future for Guanajuato and for Mexico.
