Algebasa is a family-owned company,
so Elizabeth had exposure to its operations from an early age,
traversing different areas: operations, sales, administration and
deputy management.

She mentioned that she has made
several innovations throughout her work in the company, one of which is
the implementation of the WMS Warehouse Management System, which allows them to control
and manage inventories. Additionally, she has led the implementation of
other systems to have more efficient processes.

They currently offer national
warehousing services, IMMEX services warehousing, distribution of
goods, transportation, last-mile delivery, and product labeling.
They also have an accredited commercial information verification unit, inventory
control services, specializing in precision and dedicated project management,
this means that warehouses can be multi-client or exclusive.

The company has been changing its
focus since its foundation, as the industry in the region has also been
changing. When the company started, there were many tanneries, and they had
several clients in that field. However, they later entered the automotive sector,
having clients such as Pirelli, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, and several
Japanese companies.

Elizabeth Espinoza holds
a degree in International Trade from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, León campus.
Her professional career has been within general warehousing
since she was studying.

She has been a member of the Association
of General Warehouses, is a member of the Index, and was a council member for two
years at Index Guanajuato.

 "The surprise or resistance to having
a woman in charge of a warehousing business still exists to some extent. At times,
I have encountered resistance, but I have also found ways to demonstrate that
what we do, we do well, and we have all the experience and knowledge
to provide excellent service," mentioned the Director.
