On Thursday, May 23, the Guanajuato Automotive Cluster (CLAUGTO) had the honor of attending the Great Place To Work awards ceremony, held in Mexico City. On this occasion, CLAUGTO is proud to have been recognized in the national ranking of companies with fewer than 50 employees, securing the 7th position among the best companies to work for.

This recognition is a significant achievement for all CLAUGTO members, as it reflects the ongoing effort and commitment of our leadership to foster a positive and constructive organizational culture. The excitement and pride were palpable as we received this certification, which validates that the strategies implemented have had a positive impact on our work environment.

Receiving this certification is an important accomplishment for CLAUGTO and a testament to the collective effort of all its members. This achievement not only highlights CLAUGTO as an excellent place to work, but also motivates us to continue improving and consolidating an organizational culture that values and empowers each of our collaborators.
