On August 21st, an approach was made with local companies in Salamanca with the aim of providing them with tools to engage with the automotive industry. 

During the conference, we had the participation of Javier Jiménez, Director of Economic Development of Salamanca. Thanks to his team's great initiative and support, they made this conference possible, driven by the development of local businesses in Salamanca. 

During the conference, the growth of the automotive industry in Guanajuato was discussed, along with the opportune ways to take advantage of this growth wave. As of today, the automotive industry represents over 202,831 formal jobs in Guanajuato, making thousands of families dependent on this industry.

The supply chain is one of the fundamental pillars of the automotive industry, and having local suppliers has become vital for supplying the industry. That's why CLAUGTO and the government of Salamanca have conducted this approach with companies, helping local SMEs to learn more tools and see closer to integrating into the industry. Currently, there are various means and tools to promote this approach, such as the Automotive Supply Forum, which is the most dynamic event in Latin America within the automotive industry. Take advantage of the means that the government provides to have opportunities to interact.
