On February 17 and 22, 2023, informational sessions were held regarding the 5th stage of the JICA Project "Strengthening the Automotive Cluster in Mexico." 

The objective of the session was to communicate the implementation plan for the KAIZEN activities of the 5th stage. The selection criteria, the general schedule of activities, the procedure for carrying out the activities, and the registration process for interested parties were presented. 

This collaboration aims to strengthen the supply chain linkage for Tier-1 and Tier 2 companies by improving quality management capacity while also training human resources capable of driving improvement activities within the companies.
